Darin Grange
Appraiser
Darin is from Roy, Utah, and enjoys meeting new people during inspections and working with great individuals in the industry. He analyzes market and site data to create reliable appraisal results. He is an avid E-bike rider and enjoys traveling and hiking. He can speak four different languages (fluency varies.) He also loves watching sports, all types of music, and drinking Coke.
Hayden Grange
Appraiser Trainee
Hayden is from Kaysville, Utah, and loves helping people while buying and selling a home. He prepares reports, analyzes the market, and performs inspections/appraisals. He thinks sushi is overrated and could drink chocolate milk for every meal. If he's not playing basketball, you can catch him singing "Eenie Meenie" by Justin Bieber at your next karaoke party.
Abby Metcalf
Data Analyst
Abby is from Logan, Utah. She reviews appraisal reports and comps, sketches out subjects, and enjoys helping the team. She has a sweet girl named Cleo and loves spending time with her. She's currently binge-watching "Suits" and is listening to JOHNNYSWIM, Beyonce, and Luke Bryan. She can also make the best homemade ice cream.
Kim Haggarton
Executive Assistant
Kim is from West Valley City, Utah. She schedules appointments, gathers information and documentation on orders, and loves the flexibility of her job. She has many hobbies but spends some of her free time doing water sports, dancing, cooking/baking, vacationing with family, and home projects. She listens to all types of music but prefers 80's the most.
Macy Grange
Marketing Manager
Macy is from Kaysville, Utah, but is usually on an adventure elsewhere. She loves doing the marketing and communications for Provident Appraisal. She is a big fan of the outdoors, a good jam sesh on the guitar, photography/videography, and also has a slight addiction to Dr. Pepper.
